In this podcast, what Jamie wanted to be when she grew up.

Participate I was eavesdropping on one side of a cellphone conversation, and it occurred to me that the same model would be an interesting one for this show. So I want at least five of you to make up one half of a conversation – via email, voice comment, or voicemail – and five of you to listen to one half, and provide the other half. So if you’d like to participate, either send in the first half of a conversation, or let me know that you’d like to provide the second half of a conversation. I’d like to get this one going as soon as possible, so while the deadline is Monday, May 22, I’d rather get them sooner.

Music Crowd noise via The Freesound Project.

Latest Question Brenda of Cast-On asks you to tell us about your best and/or worst educational experiences.

Or, you may answer any question I’ve ever asked, preferably by voicemail or voice comment (though email is okay). The list follows:

Tell us about an embarrassing moment.

What bad habit have you kicked? Feel free to include the hows and/or whys.

Tell us about a job you’ve loved, a job you hated, a job where something strange happened. You could have been babysitting at fifteen, or running a multinational corporation. As long as it was a job, it counts.

Hee! Well, I didn’t actually mean that you had to eavesdrop and find a conversation, it can come right out of your own head, but sure – if you need an excuse…
