I love the Quirky Quiz. I love it with a deep, deep love. And now it is over, and I am sad.

There should be a QQ every week, and Sage should win…(really, I mean that, I’m not sucking up…)

    Didn’t — even — try?? :O

In my head, it was the perfect accent performance. It’s so unfortunate for all of you that you weren’t able to enjoy it in the same way. Next time, we’ll use Bruce’s nuclear Skype connection to wire the accent chamber in my head so you can hear how great it is.

I forgot how much fun that session was. I was in tears listening to it on my way to work. Now I’m craving na’an bread.

  • I know how you feel Mark, I lost 5 points for something that didn’t even happen on the show!?!

Great job of editing Sage we actually sound coherent.

  • i am dying of qn drought…this was a great quirky quiz – largely because of Bruce’s “nuclear Skype connection” but hilarious regardless. I’m going back, re-listening to podcasts I’ve heard dozens of times….need….more…QN!!!

We listened to this in the car on the way home from the Cinci airport, btw, and at 1 a.m. after a full 8 hours of traveling, it’s even funnier.

Btw, boring linguistic note to Mark for the next time he wants to get into character… it’s lack of the verb “to be” in the present that Russians tend to have when speaking English. The verb to be (est’ /yest/) is really only used in the past and future tenses. There seems to be the feeling that if you’re talking about it in the present, it must exist. An item can’t be green or new or expensive if it doesn’t first exist; to describe it means its existence is a given. Nice, eh?

    Shutting up now….

I think that was the funniest QQ yet.
    Well done all of you.

Can’t wait for the next one.
