There is a whole series of I Love the 80’s movies out now, for around $7.00 each. I bought “Clue” and my kids think it it just hilarious. They want to watch it twice a day.

And I love the weird connections I get linking my childhood to theirs with pop culture. We’ve seen many “Muppet Show” episodes, so many actors I can link to a Muppet episode.

Tim Curry in “Clue” isn’t “that guy in Rocky Horror (yet)” but “the voice of Slagar from Redwall.”

Christopher Lloyd is all over their map. The voice of Hacker in “Cyberchase,” an angel from the outfield, the Doc in “Back to the Future 123,” and their favorite, Rev Jim in “Taxi.” We had to watch the YouTube clip of what a yellow traffic light means, after Lloyd guest-starred on ‘Numb3rs” with Judd Hirsch and Hirsch’s character told Lloyd’s that he had a hard time picturing Lloyd as a hippie.
