Where did Blue Peach come from?
In 1995, I wrote a series of adventures called “The Fabulous Secret Adventures of Eight Feline Cohorts”, detailing the adventures that I imagined our cats got up to when we weren’t looking. Ten years later, I asked a variety of talented voice actors to take on the voice roles of the cats and ran the entire series on Quirky Nomads.
I thoroughly enjoyed the project, and when it was over, I decided that I wanted to create a new series, starring a group of humans this time, set in the city of Toronto. And so Blue Peach began.
What’s the Messengers of the Goddess Alauda about?
The Messngers of the Goddess Alauda was introduced in an episode of the segment “Beep” - the stories behind thrift store answering machine messages. In this story, the owner of the answering machine gets involved in a cult, called The Messengers of the Goddess Alauda.

Who’s Stephen Harper?
He’s the Prime Minster of Canada, and the leader of the Conservative Party. He proudly counts himself as one of George W. Bush’s minions.
What’s the NDP, and who’s Jack Layton?
The NDP stands for “New Democrat Party”, and their political ideals come about as close to mine as any one can without implementing my more absurd leftist ideas (like abolishing the Conservative party). Jack Layton is the current leader of the NDP, an MP, and he’s also run twice for Prime Minister.
What’s the Toronto-Buxton Riding?
In Canada, ridings are constituencies that elect Members of Parliament to Canada’s House of Commons every election. The House of Commons is a democratically elected body, consisting of 308 members, who are known as Members of Parliament (MPs). Scott Pappin is running as an NDP for the MP of the Toronto-Buxton riding against Conservative Max Frappier, the current holder of the position.
Where’s Buxton Street?
