Asides

• If all goes well, the new computer ought to be delivered October 16. Man, do I miss being in front of the mic.
• So: my XP desktop broke on Sunday. I do have a Linux laptop for the next two weeks until I can replace the desktop, but while I have access to email and the web, podcasts will have to wait until I have a replacement CPU (it's meant to ship on October 13, but I don't know how long it'll take to arrive).
• My god, my characters have taken on a life of their own - Scott Pappin and Max Frappier have wandered off and gotten Twitter accounts. (Jack Layton is following Scott. Stephen Harper is following Max. HEE.)
